I can reproduce the disappearance of background color of cells in Konqueror
4.7.0 under KDE 4.7.

When using Firefox 5.0, Opera 11.50 and Chrome 12.0.742.124 and when scrolling
that page, I do not notice a disappearance of background color of cells.

What would be useful, needed here is a reduced testcase reproducing the
behavior:
