Summary: Drop-down lists in KHTML make the whole system freeze
           Product: konqueror
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Archlinux Packages
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: crash
          Priority: NOR
         Component: khtml forms
        AssignedTo: konq-bugs@kde.org
        ReportedBy: samiboukortt@gmail.com

Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.6.1)
OS: Linux

Drop-down lists in KHTML sometimes make the entire computer unresponsive when
changing their selection.

Nothing responds at all (not even the caps lock LED), except, sometimes, the
mouse cursor.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
Go on a page that contains a drop-down list, such as pastebin.kde.org, and
repeatedly change its selection.

Actual Results:
Sometimes, the system seems to become mostly unresponsive.

Expected Results:
The selection of the drop-down list should change without additional side
effect.

I believe that it only happens since my upgrade to KDE 4.6.1. It did not happen
with KDE 4.6.0.

It does not seem to happen with WebKit either, but maybe I have not tested
extensively enough.
