Summary: Javascript - new Date(1900,0,1) causes browser to
                    crash (only on Windows)

Version: 4.4.4 (using KDE 4.4.4)
OS: MS Windows

Some (probably many) dates used to generate Javascript Date object cause
browser to crash, only on Windows, not Linux. A page which illustrates the
problem is found at http://www.dayenu.com/test2/konqwinbug.htm - very simple
stuff, working in all other browsers. Another date which doesn't work is new
Date(1901,1,1); in fact, it looks like all dates before 1970 (original standard
Unix epoch) fail.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
http://www.dayenu.com/test2/konqwinbug.htm
Click "current" or "2000" buttons to show things working correctly; clicking
"1900" button crashes browser.

Actual Results:
As described in "steps to reproduce".

Expected Results:
Clicking "1900" should cause an alert similar to "current" or "2000" rather
than crashing browser.

The distribution for 4.4.4 is not the latest KDE for Windows version; however,
it is the last one that works. Trying to install the current version yields
checksum errors on 2 files; although the error can be ignored, attempting to
run Konqueror when you do ignore the checksum problem results in a "dll not
found" problem.
