Wanted to report a bug using the bug report tool. But when I click on "Launch
bug report wizard", I only get a white page in konqueror.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open konqueror and select "Report bug" from the help menu, then click on
"Launch bug report wizard"

Actual Results:  
Konqueror display only a white page.

Expected Results:  
The bugzilla page for entering bug details should open.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.35-24-generic
