Why? In which way is producing a heap of windows superior to using the normal
window managing facilities? When I open a config dialog in that new konqueror
window, i get a config window which tells me that *somewhere* another config
window is opened. The second opening of a configuration window should just
raise the first instance. Instead of two, I end up with four windows including
a completely useless on on top.
