Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open configure -- configure konqueror --proxy
2. change something
3. click ok
4. open configure -- configure konqueror -- proxy
=> result A
5. quit konqueror an start it again
6.  open configure -- configure konqueror -- proxy
=> result B

Actual Results:  
A: The old unchanged configuration is shown (and used)

B: The new changed configuration is shown (and used)

Expected Results:  
A: The new changed configuration is shown (and used)

B: same as actual result
