control-l in other browsers brings you to the location bar without clearing it.
control-l in KDE by default (recent change?) *clears* the location bar.  There
*is* a shortcut for just "Location:" but it's blank. 

The shortcuts should be changed for compatability with other browsers and for
historical compatability.
