Even when password for ftp://example.com/ is saved, konqueror (kio_ftp) first
tries to login anonymously, and only when it fails (without notiifying user),
konqueror uses saved login/password.

This (too many 530 errors) results in ip ban on some ftp hosts.

Using ftp://user@example.com/ works great, but it took me some time to find the
source of the problem, because hoster told me that I entered the wrong password
10 times in 5 mins, and i did not. I saved login/password in kwallet and I was
not asked of anything while browsing ftp.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Use some ftp host (ftp://example.com) that bans ip adresses for too many 530
errors in a given time, and does not have anonymous logon.
2) Go to ftp://example.com. Enter login and password.
3) Open some new tabs with ftp://example.com/, try to browse ftp for some time.
You will not be prompted of anything.

Actual Results:  
Ip ban.

Expected Results:  
Do not try anonymous login if user has a saved login-password for
ftp://example.com

I found the source of the problem using kdebugdialog and kio_ftp logs.
