multiple instances of two omgsuse in 'Back' history

Here, konqueror 4.5.0(KDE 4.5.0) on Mandriva 2010.1 (Official) for x86_64, the
page at that url loads fully, as is reported in the progress bar, then re-draws
to what appears to be a full-page text box (1st attached screenshot), with
"Type your comment here." at upper left, dismissible with a click, as typical
of text boxes.  That url is
