I have a proxy set on a server on my network ; when I use another computer with
konqueror setting pecifying my server proxy if proxy is not running default
direct internet connections are not possible ; I think we should consider this
a a bug :
- proxy is a feature to speed up connections and therefore if not available for
any reasons the client navigator should use direct internet connection with a
warning message ; I believe that before Konqueror was working this way which is
for me the norml behaviour for a navigator.
