Notes
-----
- background and background-color are applied to table-column and
table-column-group elements in Konqueror 4.4.3. At least, Konqueror 4.4.3
passes the related testcases in the CSS 2.1 test suite.
- Firefox 3.6.3, Opera 10.10, Chrome 5.0.375.55 and Internet Explorer 8 pass
each and all of the provided 8 testcases.
- Konqueror 4.4.3, Qt 4.6.2, Linux 2.6.31-19-generic i686 (32bits) and KDE
platform 4.4.3 here.
