I set up my toolbar with the icon "open with firefox". This configuration is
also stored somehow and after closing the toolbar-edit-dialog the firefox icon
appears in the GUI. But every new instance of Konqueror doesn't show that icon.
When I close all Konqueror instances the first one (and also the
followinginstances) doesn't have that icon in the toolbar anymore although it
is present in the toolbar-config-dialog.

I hope you can reproduce this behavior and could fix it soon because it's not
working for many releases right now.
