I set my cookie policy to "always ask" instead of "always accept" or "always
reject". When I declare my localhost then afterwards to "always accept those
cookies" it firts works. After a few hours or days (maybe new Konqueror
instance?) later, visiting localhost again results in the same question again
if I want to always accept, reject or session only.

This is really annoying and also appears for google and amazon and all those
sites where I want a fixed policy.
