Installed from:    openSUSE RPMs

I select Settings -> Toolbars Shown -> HTML Toolbar, but nothing happens,
although the toolbar sure has some buttons on it (I see it from configuring
toolbars). I've tried unlocking toolbars and then enabling it, but it still
cannot be found anywhere. Is it possible that its size is so small that it's so
"invisible"?

What is wrong with HTML Toolbar that it's so fragile?
