After upgrading to KDE 4.3.5 I've got no Right-click menu within a Konqueror
page anymore, it goes back to the previous page instead.
I've used the following repo for update:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/KDE4:/STABLE:/Desktop/openSUSE_11.2/

After downgrading Konqueror packages back to KDE4.3.4 from repo: 
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/43/openSUSE_11.2/
the Right-click menu works well again.
