In my case, it doesn't matter what browser is running. A box appears withe the
message "usable auto proxy config script".....sometimes it helps to click
config tools....otherwise it's just  pain, disappearing/jumping mouse I suppose
i shouldn't have waited until finals to report it...sry for typos, glta, l8r
