In fact I can reproduce it now.

1. Open konqueror. No need to go to a particular web page.
2. Go to Settings->Configure Konqueror...
3. Go to Crypto
4. Activate SSL signers tab
5. Click on Import...
6. After the file dialog has opened, switch to another virtual desktop and
back.
7. When switching back, Konqueror crashes.
