OK. This report is done after week of testing. I think I found culprit: DHCP.
Turned off, entered fixed DNS IPs and Konqueror flies again. Note: this *IS*
Konqueror problem - no other application on system, including other KDE apps
have similar issues.

The problem is/was probably caused by multiple DNS requests from Konq after
quick opening of several tabs - downloading all these stuff from all over the
web was causing some hang up in kio_http <-> DHCP communication.
