Version:           4.2.1 (KDE 4.2.1) (using 4.2.1 (KDE 4.2.1), Kubuntu
packages)

 Konqueror cannot save some view options like preview icon size in icons tab
and show tooltips in general tab of view in file management.

I also tried to save profile but nothing.

A similar bug fixed in kde 4.2.1 so i waited to test this version but these two
haven't fixed.
