https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=185715 Summary: Konqueror has no per-site language preferences Product: konqueror Version: unspecified Platform: unspecified OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: wishlist Priority: NOR Component: general AssignedTo: konq-bugs@kde.org ReportedBy: bert@w3.org Version: 3.5.9 (using 3.5.10, Debian Package 4:3.5.10.dfsg.1-0lenny1 (lenny/sid)) Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.26-1-686 Konqueror uses the global language settings of KDE in its HTTP requests. That's nice, because it allows a Web site to respond with a page in one of my preferred languages. But sometimes I don't like the page that a site sends me and I would like to tell Konqueror that for that particular site (or page), I prefer a different language. HTTP has ways to indicate the relative quality of alternatives, but the precise meaning of each number is not defined, and also I may have different language preferences for different kinds of content: literature vs technical specifications, e.g. Konqueror has per-site settings for cookies and scripts, but not for languages. It seems that would be quite straightforward to add. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug. _______________________________________________ Konq-bugs mailing list Konq-bugs@mail.kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/konq-bugs
