Description of problem:
Kde apps like for example kmail link don't honnor the checked option in
konqueror

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

kde 4.2 Beta2

How reproducible:
Alway

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check "Open external url request in new tab" option in
konqueror/Configuration/Configure konqueror first panel
2. Click on a link in kmail email for example it will open in a new window...
2. Restart session (useless ?)
3. Same result with same try
