article reader: provide dynamic margin resizer per document (tab)

BACKGROUND: when reading articles (especially on a widescreen monitor) text
lines become very long so it is hard to focus on a line and continue without
problem from left to right. It would be useful if user could set for example
90% of usable area to narrow text a bit.

WISH: please provide widget/option for controlling margins. Widget could live
in status bar (like zoom in OpenOffice), option in view menu. That way user
could set required margin size.

now, this is not a good example, because this page is preformatted (on html
code side), but this gives you the idea of margins:

 now imagine you are able to control the size of those margins.

This is useful for reading articles (and books).

WORKAROUND: resize the Konqueror window. Drawback -- the background is now
visible distracting reader (user) from reading the text. Not usable for
fullscreen mode.
