1) Toolbars are in locked state
2) after changing the view (i.e. from dolphin view to khtml) or tabs they are not \
locked anymore. You see toolbar handles which can be used to move the toolbar. 3) \
Opening the context menu of the toolbar tells you that the toolbar is locked where it \
isn't. 4) to lock it again you have to "unlock" it first.

Quite annoying xD
