SVN commit 755001 by ggarand:

when a RenderWidget is destroyed directly via deref() while it is still
attached, force a detach() first so that all necessary cleanups can happen.

fix a family of crashes where the element is not aware of the renderer
destruction and may use a dangling pointer to it.
