If you open the konqueror sidebar with e.g. F9, choose one of its components and start to resize it using the sidebar->renderwindow separator, the sidebar's height pulsates, meaning it grows a bit too large and shrinks (very fast) while the sidebar is resized. Also it's notable that the search bar is removed (maybe intentional) and the frame layout of the sidebar subwindow breaks (removed).

Steps to reproduce: 
1.Press F9
2.choose e.g. "Bookmarks" sidebar item
3.start resizing the sidebar window with the splitter and watch the window size (height) and layout carefully.
