https is not working in konqueror (KDE 4, svn revision 754678)

To see that, try to log to the kde bug reporting system
("login to an existing account" from bugs.kde.org)

I've got the following error message

An error occurred while loading
https://bugs.kde.org/query.cgi?GoAheadAndLogIn=1:
Could not connect to host bugs.kde.org: SSL negotiation failed..

I'm submitting the debug messages corresponding to the ssl negociation.

I'm using openssl-0.9.8e from ubuntu Gutsy
