           Summary: kde crash on a regular basis
           Product: konqueror
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: SuSE RPMs
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: crash
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: konq-bugs kde org
        ReportedBy: colin997carter btinternet com

Version: 3.5.7 (using KDE KDE 3.5.7)
Installed from:    SuSE RPMs
OS:                Linux

Konqueror crashes frequently enough so as to be annoying.
It produces the following output (which I do not understand):

(no debugging symbols found)
[KCrash handler]
#6  0xf6f3a8c8 in XtAppPending () from /usr/lib/libXt.so.6
#7  0xf71b7c30 in QEventLoop::enterLoop () from /usr/lib/qt3/lib/libqt-mt.so.3
#8  0xf71b7ac6 in QEventLoop::exec () from /usr/lib/qt3/lib/libqt-mt.so.3
#9  0xf71a0c1f in QApplication::exec () from /usr/lib/qt3/lib/libqt-mt.so.3
#10 0x0805a845 in main ()

After the error window displays I select [OK] and sometimes all openned konqueror \
windows vanish, while at other times konqueror continues as though nothing had \
happened.

I also suspect that konqueror might be causing my system to hang: My system hangs \
from time to time, but only when I am using konqueror. See the following discussion: \
http://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/showthread.php?t=595765

Regards,
Colin
