Use Help | Report Bug.. and button "Launch Bug Report Wizard". It correctly opens location: "http://bugs.kde.org/wizard.cgi.."
Click "Continue" opens dialog with buttons "Save As.." or "Open with Mozilla Firefox". Use 2nd and FireFox starts but opens location "file:///home/nesnera/tmp/kde-nesnera/konquerorohPXEb.cgi" with some parsing error. There is something like "Discordant tags. Was expected tag: </div>.

If I copy location from the Konqueror (http://bugs.kde.org/wizard.cgi..) and use it in the FireFox then all works fine.
