In kde3, when I disable "automatically load images" in konqueror, I am given a button \
the toolbar, so that I can load images on demand for the pages I want to see the \
images.

Currently in kde4 there is no toolbar button given when this option is disabled. This \
means there is no way to load the images without changing the option and reloading \
