Open the following URL http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1145317 and attempt to scroll \
the page by either using the mouse wheel or by dragging the scrollbar - CPU usage jumps to 100% \
(my machine has a 3.2 Ghz P4 with 2Gb RAM), the page redraw is very slow, one can see the it \
being redrawn in rectangles. No problems with Firefox 2 on the same machine. \
