I have been able to reproduce this crash a half-dozen times using the following \
steps:

1. Open a new konqueror instance (it has always been the only one running, and \
without any additional tabs) 2. Browse to some website (I used Slashdot, if it \
matters) 3. When the site is done loading, simultaneously right-click, and hit \
Ctrl-Q.  4. Konqueror will crash. (Since you were closing the only window anyway, \
this is not that big a loss--but perhaps this causes other crashes, as well?) \
