I think this happened in 3.5.7, but Konq used to decode entities and such when typed \
into the addressbar, or sent there by another app. For example, in Freemind, an XML \
based mindmapper, when I click a hyperlinked text, it will call Konq as the helper \
app and pass it:

which should be decoded to:
