Unfortunately, I have seen this bug in the wild as recently as yesterday with a \
Konqueror 3.5.5 on Debian unstable. 

I think I used Alt + Left instead of hitting the back button though, if that makes \
any difference.  I went back and forth several times between a series of three web \
pages (changing form values on the second page and submitting them to the third one) \
and at some point the first one was corrupted. Going forward and backwards again \
didn't fix the values.

It wasn't complete garbage but it looked as if something got mixed up badly in that \
page (form field values, and even button labels IIRC).  Sorry, I didn't have the \
presence of mind to create a screenshot.

Trying a "fresh start" on the series of forms, it turned out that it was not \
reproducible.
