This bug was fixed, the problem was that when you switch to offline mode konqueror \
changes its cache-policy to "offline browsing". There was a version that didn't \
restore this cache-policy when you switched to online-mode again, so you just have to \
go adjust it under:

Settings -> Configure Konqueror - Cache

make sure your cache policy is not "Offline browsing mode".
