I've asked myself why is Konqueror writing to disk even when I'm just refreshing \
simple pages. Firefox does not do that. As noted above it was the konq_history file. \
I went up the chain from KonqHistoryManager::saveHistory() to KSaveFile::close() to \
KTempFile::sync().      Being curious what could brake I've cleared body of \
KTempFile::sync(). Running smoothly since then! Anyway why is konq_history so \
important that it needs to be synced everytime? \
