It would be nice to have a option to lock the toolbars in konqueror, kopete, \
whatever. 

This should be solve many mistakes with "stupid arrangements" and another positiv \
effect would be a better optic.

For a better understatement here is a picture, this should be removed after i \
activated the "lock" option.
