Hmm... how can I reproduce this bug ? When I define a shortcut for the "Back" Action, it is not written into kdeglobals but into ~/.kde/share/apps/konqueror/konqueror.rc
And the Umlauts work in the addressbar (KDE 3.5.5 head)
