It is reproduceable, but random.

For example, I am about to send a report to this site, I choose app and click on \
next. The next thing I would like to do is to fill Summary. However very often \
Konqueror does not switch focus. I click on the edit-box, nothing, again, nothing, \
again -> focus kicks in.

The page is 100% loaded. Such issue is not only the problem of this site, but it is \
easiest spot (no distraction, textual info only). \
