I am not sure if it is Konqueror bug really, but Konqueror does not work here (even \
in MSIE mode) and the rest of the browsers (FF, opera) work.

Enter two numbers, it does not matter. Please wait a second. A message about \
resending data will appear. Now, no matter what I choose I cannot log in -- one \
option get me back to the start page with login error (resend), the second (cancel) \
just freezes the page.

Other browsers don't ask user about anything, and just make the login correctly.
