I was able to reproduce this using Jens H steps.  There are other ways to get the \
same problem using Tabs, but I think fixing it using this steps will probably fix all \
the other ways.  However, I wanted to add that the problem only occurs if one profile \
has the bookmarks toolbar and the other doesn't.  When I add the bookmark toolbar to \
both "file management" and the browser profiles, then the problem went away \
completely (makes sense). _______________________________________________
