Hello,

I cannot test this bug right now (workstation with no soundcard configured here). I \
did not noticed it since the report but I avoided to reproduce it. If you cannot \
reproduce it, it is safe to assume it has been fixed.

I understand the desire to close old items. I do the same on projects I administer, \
at some point you have to sort bugs reports and to close the seemingly outdated one. \
But it is really nice for users if you take the time to try to reproduce the problem, \
if possible, and that you mention that you tested.

My reply was a bit harsh but I cannot stress more that for a user, it is important to \
have the feeling that the issue as been taken care of (whatever the resolution is, \
even if it is "Wont Fix").

Thanks for you attention, and thanks for KDE, a very good desktop environement (users \
tend to only point out what is not right; I guess it harms no one to remind also the \
