Summary: though plugins are allowed for a website flash isn't
played but instead shows "start plugin" button
           Product: konqueror
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: konq-bugs kde org
        ReportedBy: bugzilla kerridis de

Version: 3.5.4 (using KDE 3.5.4, Debian Package 4:3.5.4-3 \
                (testing/unstable))
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.17.9-slh-smp-1

First of all I think it is a really good idea to let the user decide if \
he/she wants to see flash in websites so I appreciate the "start plugin" \
buttons instead of the flash animations. But there are several websites \
where I want instant access to the flash and/or where it is really annoying \
to have to click on "start plugin" on every link I follow. For this \
websites (e.g. http://www.sadeem.net/tux.html) I have set the konqueror to \
allow all plugins. The expected behaviour is that now instead of the "start \
plugin" buttons the flash animation is played because it is allowed. But \
no, the behaviour does not change, the allow option in konqueror's plugins \
configuration seems to have no effect so I consider it to be a bug. \
