Summary: Zoom function does not work for PDF files opened in new
tabs
Product: konqueror
Version: unspecified
Platform: unspecified
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR
Component: general
AssignedTo: konq-bugs kde org
ReportedBy: anthony.staines gmail com
Version: 3.5.2 (using KDE 3.5.2, Gentoo)
Compiler: gcc version 3.4.5 (Gentoo 3.4.5-r1, ssp-3.4.5-1.0, pie-8.7.9)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.15-gentoo-r1
When opening PDF files stored on my hard disk I have two options. The first is to \
open the file directly in the file explorer tab I found it in. This works fine, and \
in particular the 'zoom' function, that is the increase/decrease document size, works \
fine. (This is the [-[100%]+] box on the tool bar.)
The second option is to open the file in a new tab. This also works fine, but the \
'zoom' function is greyed out, and the PDF displays at a fixed, and inconveniently \
small, size.
It is perfectly possible to have the same PDF file open in two tabs, one each as \
described above, and the 'zoom' function only works in the directly opened tab, not \
in the new tab. _______________________________________________
