Finally I noticed it because editor show no warning the show/hide will take no effect \
with this option uncheck.

Here what I did:
[x] show only marked bookmarks on toolbar
--> no effect

Close Konqueror, run Konqueror
--> ok, now it works
[ ] show only marked...
--> no effect
[x] show only marked bookmarks on toolbar
--> no effect
[ ] show only marked...
--> no effect

Close Konqueror, run Konq.
--> no effect

Restart system, run Konq.
--> it works.

So, well, technically speaking -- it works, but I don't think it really counts.
