It would be great that Konqueror solves the "too many tabs" problem, which is the \
*major* usability problem of tab-oriented webbrowsing.

Just to give an example : working on wikipedia, I freaquently work with enough tabs \
to see 30 times the same icon.

The firefox folks are also discussing it now, and seems close to adopt a solution. \
Try this extension. http://jomel.me.uk/software/firefox/toomanytabs/

See the attached screenshot for a real-world example of the too many tabs problem and \
how the scrollbar on the right solves it.

The discussion on mozilla is here

Comment #105 there got it right :
Just downloaded 'Too Many Tabs' extension to check out the various possible
options... The one that seemed best is:

-> Just the Tab Picker (List of all open tabs highlighting the current
selected..close button should be added to this list)
....
In addition, the Tab Picker (Menu) should also have the following
functionalities:
- Display of Close tab buttons, so that the user can directly close the tab
from the list instead of having to open it first
- Menu List should be 'Fixed' i.e. should remain open. The list should not
close if the user 'closes' a tab from the list or just selects a tab
(mouse-down) for DnD. The list should close ONLY WHEN the user selects (clicks
and releases the mouse) a tab from the list.
