Hello,

it seems the color of the scrollbar is not changed correctly. For example on \
"http://www.bwk.net/" the scroller should have black design with violet arrows. Only \
the arrows change, but not the scroller color itself.

The relevant CSS code:
BODY {
	SCROLLBAR-BASE-COLOR: #000000;
	SCROLLBAR-ARROW-COLOR: #FF08FF;
}

The resolved BUG 27196 about 5 years ago had the same topic I think.
