I have just been developing an application in which the page has LOTS of anchors, and \
the URL requesting the page has the anchor encoded in it.

Konqueror jumps partially towards tje anchor when it is in the URL, but it does not \
getting to the exact place where the anchor is. (Firefox works perfectly, just so \
that I know its not my application).

this is with 3.5.0
