Summary: Dragging files to move them to a different directory
                    does not work
           Product: konqueror
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Ubuntu Packages
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: konq-bugs kde org
        ReportedBy: jg jguk org

Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.0)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages
OS: Linux

I get a flashing (X) icon while I am trying to move files. Typically only happens \
after having been using Konqueror for a few hours. To reproduce

1) I select two files in a directory.

2) Pick up files and drag them to the a directory in the tree view directory plane.

3) See the Mouse pointer flickers between the mouse arrow and grey (X) icon.

4) Unable to drop the files on that directory in the tree view. The workaround is to \
manually cut the files, and then paste them into the directory.

Kind regards
JG
