RPMs Steps to reproduce:1. (with UTF8 locale) create a directory like \
__ä__ö__ü__2. put a simple webpage page1.html with a link to another page \
page2.html in the directory3. open page1.html and select the link to page2.html \
Result:An error occurred while loading file:///home/user/__ÃÂ ¤__ÃÂ ¶__ÃÂ \
¼__/page2.html:The file or folder /home/user/__ÃÂ ¤__ÃÂ ¶__ÃÂ \
¼__/page2.html does not \
