That bug was very specific - absolute widths, between 0% and 1%. I've found issues with numbers > 1%, and the bug seems to manifest itself whenever percentages are involved - widths/heights, font sizes, floated boxes, not just absolute boxes with 0% < width <1% etc.

I would say bug 89738 is a specific manifestion of this much more general problem within the code.
